Desmond Dodd is the aboriginal founder and director of Indigenous Pathways Recruitment.  Desmond and his wife Yasmin have been trail blazers in the mining and construction industries. They have progressed in rank for over 11 years, in both Queensland and Western Australia. Desmond Dodd has earned immense respect as director of the Wulli Wulli people in the Banana Shire.

We are committed to ‘closing the gap’ in employment opportunities.

As a local Indigenous family, we are aware of a glaring gap in Indigenous unemployment and a glaring need for incentivised employees in the mining and construction industries. Indigenous Pathways Recruitment is a 100% Aboriginal owned business. founded by husband and wife team, Des and Yasmin Dodd.

Des and Yasmin have been trailblazers in the mining and construction industries. They have progressed in rank over the past 11 years in both Queensland and Western Australia, and as director of the Wulli Wulli people

in the banana Shire, Des has earned immense respect within the community.
